IRB Infrastructure owner –
A nation must focus on constructing an inclusive society to become a superpower. India certainly lags far behind on that front. But with road-making giants like IRB Infrastructure pitching in with their share of contributions, the dream of building a better, brighter future would soon be realized.
Headed by Virendra Mhaiskar, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd is counted amongst India’s leading highway construction companies. The organization has recently aided an initiative that aimed at improving healthcare facilities in rural areas. The organization has indeed led by example by donating an advanced Mobile Cancer Screening and Mammography & Vision Restoration Center to ONCO Hope. Based in Dombivli, this foundation of GKC Trust is run by Dr Anil Heroor, Dr Anagha Heroor and Dr Tejinder Singh. These medical professionals specialize in cancer care and vision restoration.
The fully air-conditioned medical center is equipped with automatic computer radiography and mammography machines. It also has a provision for offering advanced treatments for eye diseases. Apart from this, the mobile center would facilitate doctors in delivering lectures to masses during awareness camps. Not to miss, the unit is expected to accommodate 400 women patients for cancer care check-ups and around 1,000 patients for vision restoration every month.
This thoughtful step by IRB Infrastructure owner Virendra Mhaiskar will provide good quality healthcare facilities across Thane and Dombivli. The underprivileged section of the society living in and around these areas is, thus, expected to draw major benefits in terms of timely detection and accurate diagnosis of diseases, followed by right treatments.
A spokesperson from IRB Infrastructure owner mentions, “Healthcare initiatives should be accessible to each citizen, especially for those who come from the rural area and are economically underprivileged. This is a small contribution from us to the society. We would continue to explore such opportunities to serve the society.”
Appreciating IRB Infrastructure owner Virendra Mhaiskar’s efforts, Dr Anil Heroor said, “We are really thankful to IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd for extending this valuable support to ‘ONCO Hope – GKC Trust’ in its endeavors to spread awareness about Cancer and Eye diseases in rural areas and provide timely diagnosis and treatment. We are sure that the facility made available by IRB Infrastructure would be of great help in our mission.”
It deserves a mention here that IRB Infrastructure owner has been actively contributing towards India’s socio-economic betterment since many years. In the past, the company has associated itself with a number of noble causes initiated by various educational institutes. Also, IRB Infrastructure has contributed towards proving quality education to children in rural areas by building schools, backed by the best facilities and experienced teachers.
